What should I expect during my first consultation?

Your initial consultation is a relaxed, one-on-one meeting with Meg where we discuss your goals, review your medical history, and create a personalized treatment plan. We'll explain all available options, set realistic expectations, and answer every question you have. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment at your first visit.

How long does Botox or Dysport take to work?

You'll typically start seeing results within 3 to 5 days, with full effects visible at around 10 to 14 days. Each treatment session takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Results generally last 3 to 4 months, though this varies by individual.

What is the recovery time for CO2 laser resurfacing?

CO2 laser resurfacing requires about 5 to 7 days of social downtime. Your skin will be red and may feel like a sunburn initially. We provide detailed aftercare instructions and medical-grade products to support healing. Most patients return to normal activities within a week, with redness fading over the following weeks.

Are there any contraindications for injectable treatments?

Certain conditions may affect your eligibility, including pregnancy or breastfeeding, active skin infections at the treatment site, blood-clotting disorders, or known allergies to specific product ingredients. During your consultation, we'll review your full medical history to ensure every treatment is safe for you.

How should I prepare before a treatment?

For most injectable treatments, we recommend avoiding blood-thinning medications and supplements (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E) for 7 days prior, avoiding alcohol for 24 hours, and arriving with a clean face free of makeup. Specific pre-treatment instructions will be provided based on your scheduled procedure.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and can discuss financing options during your consultation. Payment is due at the time of service. We can help you plan a treatment schedule that works within your budget.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. We understand that plans change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.

What skincare products do you recommend?

We exclusively carry ZO Skin Health products, developed by dermatologist Dr. Zein Obagi. During your consultation, Meg will create a personalized skincare regimen tailored to your skin type and concerns. Consistent at-home skincare is essential for maintaining treatment results.
