Booking online takes a couple of minutes and no payment is required to hold your spot. Most consultations open up within three to five business days. Evening times exist but are limited, so they tend to go first.

Your first visit

Initial consultations are complimentary. Meg looks at what is actually bothering you, talks through which options fit, and puts together a personalized treatment plan. If you already know what you want, book the treatment directly. If you are still weighing options, book the consultation and decide afterward. The treatment guide and published pricing are both worth a read beforehand.

Rescheduling and cancellations

We reserve dedicated time for each patient, so we ask for advance notice if your plans change. Cancellation fees apply on a sliding scale based on how much notice we get, with the largest fee for a same day cancellation or a no show. The exact amounts are published on the pricing page.

Follow-ups and questions

Follow-up appointments can be handled by telehealth when an in person visit is not necessary. For anything else, call (720) 717-0688 during clinic hours, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or send a message through the contact page and we will reply within one business day.
